Yes, that's what it means - we need to add them (with a decimal version of
the value) to mpif.h .

I'm adding a test that tries to compile a Fortran program with the C MPI datatypes to test/mpi/f77/datatypes . That way, all MPI implementations that we test will have to include these datatypes.

I've improved the test, fixed some bugs in the existing Datatype support, and added support in Fortran. Fixed, I believe.
